Transportation between Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and the hotel will be provided by DentalPlans.com on Tuesday, May 7th and Thursday, May 9th.
To reserve transportation to and from the airport, please include your arrival and departure flight information on your registration form.
Arrival Transfers
Proceed to the Baggage Claim area, where you will be greeted by a representative holding a "9th Annual :DentalPlans.com Summit" sign.
Transfer time to your hotel from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 50-60 minutes.
Departure Transfers
For those flying out of Southwest FL International Airport (RSW):
We suggest departing the hotel approximately 3 ½ hours prior to your flight.
You will receive a departure notice in your room confirming your departure time from the hotel.
At your scheduled departure time, a representative holding a “9th Annual :DentalPlans.com Summit” sign will meet you just outside the lobby doors.
